Take a trip around the world at this annual market, which brings hundreds of artists from small villages across the globe to sell their rugs, jewelry, clothing, lace, pottery and more. Held on the grounds of the Museum of International Folk Art, this weekend event draws thousands of visitors who come to shop, enjoy live music and entertainment and feast on foods from around the globe.
The Santa Fe International Folk Art Market is housed by the International Folk Art Alliance, a non-profit organization that represents the Market as well as numerous programs and initiatives designed to empower international folk artists year-round. The Market is the largest international folk art market in the world, and has contributed to Santa Fe’s designation as a UNESCO City of Folk Art.
