We’re easy to get to and located close to shopping centers, schools, and mass transit options. Our clean and well-lit gym facility is spacious and close to plenty of parking.
The idea behind our fitness sessions is using a series of fast-paced interval exercises to boost your heart rate. We set up three blocks, and each of those blocks has a variety of endurance-building, power-boosting or strengthening exercises for you to do. The session lasts for 60 minutes, and you could burn as many as 1,000 calories during a single class!
Our studio is home to trainers who will seek to boost your spirit and inspire you to be fit. There is no judgment, but we do provide plenty of encouragement and coaching. If you’d like to set a personal fitness goal, our gym instructors will help you set and measure it. If you are just beginning, our instructors can help you with modifying an exercise and getting the right form for each move.
No matter where you are at on your journey to fitness, you have come to the right place. Anyone who wants to get fit or build endurance is welcome to join us. Whether you usually walk for fitness or you regularly run marathons, you’ll find that our workouts are challenging and invigorating.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
