Santa Fe boasts a robust schedule of unique, cultural and entertaining year-round events. Two of the city’s biggest summers draws are the Santa Fe Indian Market and the Santa Fe International Folk Art Market, which attract thousands of collectors and sight-seers from around the globe. The Fiestas de Santa Fe and the annual burning of Will Shuster’s Zozobra (a five-story tall marionette puppet) offer a unique glimpse into the deep roots of New Mexican culture and the eclectic nature of Santa Fe’s art scene. Each December, the Canyon Road Farolito Walk draws thousands of bundled spectators to sing carols, warm themselves by roadside bonfires and revel in holiday merriment.
